Today my guest is special forces veteran Jem Hills.
At 21 years of age, Jem volunteered for one of the world's elite and secretive special forces unit the SBS. He served 20 years and was part of covert operations in active conflict around the world involving terrorism and weapons of mass destruction. After the military, Jem became the head of security for the Prince of Brunei and set up his own risk and security company. He now speaks on stages and coaches teams about resilience and overcoming fear.

Today my guest is Nick Goldsmith. Nick is a Royal Marines Commando Veteran. After 11 years in service including four brutal tours of Afghanistan, he was mentally discharged suffering with complex PTSD.
His love of the outdoors and woodland environment led him to start Hidden Valley Bush craft where he built upon a woodland area creating a self-made retreat. Nick teaches bush craft survival skills, outdoor cooking and facilitates fireside chats as part of the experience to help people suffering from stress and mental health issues.
In this interview Nick gives key practical techniques to help with managing stress, managing your negative mind and living the dream.

Former SAS, Billy began his 27 years in the military serving in the parachute regiment. He went on to have an extensive career with the SAS and become one of their most high-ranking and decorated leaders.
More recently Billy has been an author, speaker, and personal bodyguard for A-list celebrities including Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Michael Caine, Jude Law, Russell Crowe, and Tom Cruise!
