For 17 years, she was a high-flying international sales executive working out of the City of London. She was highly successful but NOT fulfilled, so decided to pursue her passion for health and fitness. Transforming herself into a physique athlete, personal trainer, and fitness fashion brand owner. At the age of 44, Sonya was able to compete against 20-year-olds in bodybuilding competitions.
Realising that her true passion was helping others to fulfil their potential, Sonya turned to the world´s best personal growth experts for advice and once more transformed herself. In this pursuit, she became the leader of the UK’s largest personal growth communities where she was MC and interviewed experts on stage.
Sonya has built a property portfolio which gives her financial freedom.
